You'll become a part of their highly ranked Real Estate department, working alongside several Legal 500 Recommended Lawyers and Chambers-ranked individuals on an array of commercial property matters, assisting the wider department when necessary. You'll have the opportunity to run your own caseload, under supervision, on all manner of property-related matters, from Conveyancing and Property Finance, Utilities, Asset Management, Construction and Development, to Landlord and Tenant. Gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, your role will bear a particular focus on secured lending transactions on behalf of lenders.
