A sustainability tech firm is looking for an Operations Assistant to join the firm. This role will support the Head of HR and the COO with the day-to-day running of the London office, taking ownership of projects, and assisting with the HR function in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is an Operations Assistant role with lots of variety, so you'll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
- Supporting the onboarding of staff
- Owning the benefits admin for all employers within the company
- Assisting with the Recruitment
- Driving a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Owning projects that will be given to you by the COO, such as researching, implementing, etc.
- Managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Booking international travel and offsites for the team
- Day to day running of the London office.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar Operations and HR Assistant role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Experience as an Operations Assistant
- Experience within an SME environment
- Passion for climate and sustainability
- A positive, approachable personality who thrives in driving a positive work culture.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
