Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you undertake a good mix of respondent contentious and non-contentious matters. The client list includes a super mix of clients including larger corporates as well as SMEs. You will have the chance to work closely with clients and to get involved in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 4 years' pqe. With well honed technical skills, you should be a good communicator and problem solver.
