What you'll need
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for selling motor vehicles in the contract hire/leasing industry.
- Be highly motivated, articulate, and communicate effectively.
- Have sound knowledge of financial products and have sales and telesales training.
- Enjoy exceeding customer expectations.
- Be responsible for sales of the new and pre-registered vehicles via leasing company partners on a monthly payment.
- Deliver sales and generate income in line with annual budgets.
What you'll do
- Deliver sales in line with the company and funder partner processes.
- Establish and maintain strong and loyal relationships with key business partners including funders and dealerships.
- Communicate and develop strong personal relationships with customers, creating customers for life.
- Offer sound financial product advice, specifically on BCH, PCH, PCP, and HP.
- Use knowledge of the competition to highlight advantages to customers.
- Use knowledge of the industry to identify the most suitable vehicle for the customer.
- Conclude sales in a professional manner and with the best interest of the company in a compliant manner.
- Display effective time management and self-efficiency to manage their own diary.
- Maintain accurate information of customer database within company and legal guidelines using Salesforce.
- Take responsibility and communicate clearly and effectively with dedicated point of administration to ensure that the process runs efficiently in line with the customers' expectations.
- Display sound knowledge of the finance products available and explain the benefits of each using Product Partnerships system to fully document all customer outcomes.
- Review customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
- Communicate clearly, regularly, and promptly with the customer, their line manager, and colleagues.
