Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently seeking a Pensions Transition Consultant - VERY OCCASIONAL VISIT TO BRISTOL OFFICE
To work within a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver a high-quality implementation service for new clients and transformation projects for existing clients.
- Adheres to team standards, using best practices, project assurance criteria and audit requirements.
- Act as Lead Transition consultant on all new Implementations.
- Work closely with project manager to ensure project progresses seamlessly through to completion, perform all tasks as detailed in project plan.
- Create Benefit Specification Summary capturing scheme details to be used for basis of scheme calculations and automation.
- Create test packs and configure scheme automation to support all automated routines using proprietary systems in accordance with new implementations and transformations projects as required.
- Provide working proforma for classes not included in automated routines.
- Support data services in review of data load in accordance with existing test matrices.
- Test enhancements to systems and processes as required.
Experience Required
- Excellent pension experience with good technical knowledge.
- Understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
- Experience of pension systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work productively as a team member, experience of working in a project team and working under instruction.
- MS Office (Word/Excel/) to competent level
