This Secondary school is a dynamic, innovative and supportive school that has been open since 2000 with one year group and has grown to its current size of over 1300 students on roll including 200 pupils in the Sixth Form. It is a mixed comprehensive academy and in the recent past has become very popular school for not only pupils, but also teachers, with some excellent facilities.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 fostering a stimulating and supportive classroom environment. Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging science lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
  • Encouraging and inspiring students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation of scientific concepts.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.

Science Teacher Requirements:
