Position: Full-time, Permanent (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly HSQE KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Develop, organise, and implement safety induction training systems for new employees and contractors.
  • Coordinate vehicle training and maintain records of competency within the Intelex system.
  • Maintain, develop, and administer internal systems
  • Raise Quality Evidence Notes and conduct audit evidence checks.
  • Monitor equipment calibration and maintain ABTO spreadsheets.
  • Update reportable batteries spreadsheet and authorise vehicles.
  • Provide daily updates on production figures and stock management systems.
  • Ensure the daily operation of all site fire systems on SCADA.
  • Maintain and develop the Net access control system.
  • Record incidents and support investigations.
  • Foster a positive health and safety culture across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in health and safety/ facilities administration or degree in a similar field
  • Strong administration skills
  • Genuine interest in health and safety practices and career advancement.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills especially in using Excel
  • Good attention to detail
