?? Key Responsibilities:

  • �? Seller Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire process for sellers, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
  • ?? Seller Contact: Regularly update sellers on the progress of their property sale, providing the highest level of customer care.
  • ?? Onboarding Sellers to Solicitors: Facilitate the coordination between sellers and solicitors, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • ?? Document Chasing: Ensure all necessary documents are obtained from clients and other parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • ??? File Management: Organise and maintain files throughout the sales process with meticulous attention to detail.
  • ?? Listing Onboarding: Prepare and upload property listings to various property portals, attracting potential buyers.
  • ?? Arrange Photography and Floorplans: Coordinate with photographers and floorplan designers to showcase the properties.
  • ?? AML Process: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

?? Qualifications:

  • ?? Excellent communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • ?? Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • �? Experience in the property sector or related field preferred but not essential, as our client is open to enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
