My estate agency client is looking to employ a motivated, hands-on, experienced and enthusiastic Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their successful Department.
You will have a proven track record of working within Property Sales at Senior Sales Negotiator level with a good knowledge of property sales and the sales process.
Key Skills:
- Experience working in residential sales
- A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and selling properties and generating new business
- Excellent customer service
- Full UK driving licence & Car
- Excellent knowledge of the whole sales process and legislation
- Able to help motivate, manage and lead by example.
- Motivational and enthusiastic
- Hands-on and willing to 'muck in'
The Senior Sales Negotiator will ideally be a confident lister (but not essential) and sales person in addition to being compliant with an excellent understanding of the property industry.
