Administration Assistant – Bracknell – Up to £40,500 plus annual company bonus

A successful global communications company based in the heart of Bracknell have an opening for an Administration Assistant. Your role will be to support the team with all secretarial and administrative tasks.

Job role of the Administration Assistant:

First point of contact

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, emails
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Reception and hospitality cover as needed.

Organisation

  • Booking and arranging travel, visas, transport and accommodation
  • Organise appointments, events and conferences.
  • Ensuring the Manager is available and well prepared for interviews/appointments.

Administration

  • Managing databases and filing systems as required.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Collating and filing expenses, preparing reports, presentations

Who/what are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree or significant experience
  • Significant Administrative experience.
  • Proven track record working with senior management.
  • Extensive travel and diary management experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
