Aviation Trainer

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Cirencester.
Role Overview
- The role objective is to coach young adults airport rules and procedures to help them pass their aviation exam.
- Full training will be provided and be working towards an assessors qualification.
Main Duties
- Train students on aviation safety protocols, airport operations, and emergency procedures.
- Coach on the importance of adherence to boarding and security check regulations.
- Prepare students to be ready for the aviation exam.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students who need additional assistance.
- Manage your own diary and create a schedule on how best suits you.
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback and adjustments to training as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working in an airport
- Customer service background
- Knowledge of airport procedures e.g. boarding checks
- Clean driving license and own transport
- Able to pass a DBS check
- No previous convictions
