HR Advisor required for a technology business based in South Cambridgeshire, paying up to £36k, full-time role based on site at least 4 days a week, one day working from home.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role forms part of an HR team who are proactive and collaborative in their approach.
You will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service to your stakeholders including managers, colleagues and potential candidates who are looking to join the business.
The role?
- Coaching and advising managers and employees as well as owning HR improvement projects
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Supporting the TA Partner with recruitment activity
- Supporting with the on-boarding process
- Supporting on employee relations cases
- Managing the HRIS and providing data and reports for the business
- Owning the LMS and supporting managers with training needs
You will be:
- People focused, collaborative. Self-starting and curious
- An excellent administrator with an eye for detail
- Action-orientated and committed to delivering results
- CIPD level 3 or above or studying towards this qualification
- Excellent MS office skills including excel
- Proven experience of working in a generalist HR Coordinator / HR Advisor level role.
