Expanding US Law Firm based in the City is seeking to hire two new Paralegals to their busy Funds team on a permanent basis. The firm are in fantastic state of the art new offices and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Salary to £50,000 experience dependent
- Hybrid Working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
- Overtime available
The focus of this role will be to assist lawyers, who work with some of the world's top end Funds clients, in a variety of legal tasks including staying informed on client matters, organising case files and other important documents, assisting at trial and keeping accurate records of billable hours.
Funds Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with international filing and drafts
- Document preparation, review and organisation using Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Conduct detailed research and reports related to ongoing matters utilising all potential sources of information
- Direct assistance with trials
- Work with vendors for binding, translations and photocopying
- Adhere to client and team case management guidelines
Funds Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
- Law or Business Degree holder
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in research tools and office software
- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Computer literacy
