Robert Walters is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Glasgow, working with a prestigious financial services client.
As an integral part of the Operations team, you will contribute to a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Facilitating the storage of Operations Policies & Procedures
- Managing and reviewing all Authorised Signatory Lists
- Preparing reports for senior management
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with divisions throughout the organisation, such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Company Secretaries, Finance, and the wider team
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for collaboration. Experience in operations, compliance, legal, or risk, or a degree in a relevant subject, would be beneficial.
