This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined consultancy based who specialise in providing sustainability and acoustic services to clients across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior SAP Assessor to join their energy team based in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities for a Junior SAP Assessor will include:
- Produce SAP assessments and statements, as well as carrying out sustainability reports and strategies.
- Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.
- Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met.
- Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
The ideal Junior SAP Assessor will have:
- Strong knowledge of the built environment, energy assessments, and EPC's
- Experience with delivering SAP calculations and assessments
- An OCDEA Qualification would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentational skills
- Strong organisational skills in regards to a highly client facing role
