Senior Marketing Executive 6 months contract

We are a market leading, growing company within the tenant referencing arena, seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive. We are looking for a team player who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and who can work as part of a very busy team to implement marketing campaigns, communications and events.

Working as an integral part of a fast-paced marketing department, the Marketing Executive will be required to deliver market-leading B2B and B2C marketing and communications across both on and offline channels.

You will be responsible for leading on a range of marketing projects and implementing campaigns, as well as social media content, ensuring messaging and positioning is consistent and brands are developed across all sectors.

The role requires you to work across different brands and you must therefore be confident in adapting strategies to the audience and working with different stakeholders to achieve results. You will work with the team to deliver annual marketing plans, events and campaigns for different brands.

Strong copywriting skills are necessary for social media content, email communications and general copy to help deliver creative and engaging communications both internally and externally to the business.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ability to multitask on projects with effective organisation and management of own time to ensure all work is delivered to scope and on time
  • Have a sound up-to-date knowledge of marketing channels and implementing and delivering campaigns
  • Work with content executive to manage social media channels and email marketing which is aligned with business requirements and integrated marketing campaigns supporting each vertical
  • Collaborate with, and brief designers to provide captivating creative work for both internal and external marketing channels
  • Support and grow relationships with each segment through excellent customer service and develop a full understanding of each stakeholder to be able to provide robust marketing communications plans and campaigns throughout the year
  • Ensure all marketing and communications projects' audit trail is followed for all work including compliance sign off processes
  • Be able to develop great relationships with stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Great organisation and time management ability, capable of managing multiple priorities appropriately and driving end results
  • Meticulous and strong attention to detail
  • Proofing / QA of all marketing and communications work
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and team to deliver the marketing plan in line with pre-agreed budgets
  • Creative input into the design process, liaising with internal and external designers to ensure the production of high quality, differentiated and brand compliant campaigns and collateral

Experience/ Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 4 years marketing/communications experience
  • Proven experience as a marketing executive or related role
  • Experience in running full marketing campaigns both online and offline
  • Sound knowledge of email marketing software and data management
  • Knowledge of website and digital marketing skills
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience of working with a variety of CMS systems
  • Proven knowledge and experience with social media campaigns
  • Experience of working in Insurance or Financial Services would be advantageous
