We have just upgraded to an amazing job management system, this will help make the day-to-day tasks flow easy, with lots of automation.
We need your help running the day-to-day operations of the office function, here are some examples of typical responsibilities:
- External client communication via our job management system, along with the usual email and phone calls
- Process the life cycle of engineers jobs via job management system (Book job > close job down > invoice > follow up quote for extra works if required)
- Compiling job completion packs
- Scheduling of engineers diary
- Ordering parts
- Booking occasional accomodation and vehicle services
- General office duties to support the office and operational functions
The role is based at our office in Ashton-under-Lyne where you will have access to your own workspace, free private parking and as much tea and coffee as you can drink! Once you have passed probation, we may even consider allowing access to the biscuits....
