You'll be joining as the 'number 2 in finance' - reporting directly to the Finance Director and with daily contact with the MD and the senior management team.
The remit is management accounts prep and finalisation, variance reporting, cash forecasting and cash management, budgeting, MI and KPI prep, year end support and audit contact, projects around pricing, promotions, margin and profit trending...
Loads to get your teeth into within this £30m turnover business.
The role is aimed to be 3.5 / 4 days per week - office based near Batley West Yorkshire.
- You need to be a hands on Management Accountant / Finance Manager / FC.
- You'll be leading a small team (3) and need to be confident in your ability to ensure that credible management accounts are produced to deadline.
- There's plenty of ad hoc analysis and reporting alongside the BAU routines and you need to be someone who enjoys projects alongside the standard monthly tasks.
- It's an ambitious SME and you need to be comfortable in a growing company where change is the norm.
- It's a part time role with plenty of autonomy so self -management / strong time management is helpful.
