Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced A-level Psychology Lecturer to join our team on a temporary part time basis. The contract will run until December, with the potential for extension based on performance and departmental needs. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive psychology lectures to our students, helping them to develop a deep understanding of psychological concepts and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in psychology.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, fostering their intellectual and personal development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the psychology curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be a qualified psychologist with a relevant degree in psychology.
- Proven experience in teaching psychology at the higher education level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
