We are currently recruiting for a Partner to join THEDispute Resolution and Insolvency Litigation team at a growing firm in Central London,
The successful candidate will assist in leading the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Litigation team to service the firms existing clients and to expand and develop a new client base in this area. You will have the full support of the partners and colleagues in other departments.
The Opportunity
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within and help lead a friendly and approachable team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supervising and running matters involving:
- contractual disputes
- company disputes
- property disputes, both residential and commercial
- contentious probate
- TOLATA
- insolvency and bankruptcy
- professional negligence
- debt recovery
About you
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in an established Central London or regional practice and have in the region of 10 years post-qualification experience. They should be able to manage their own files, act autonomously, be technically excellent and commercially astute. They should have strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service, be enthusiastic about business development and lastly, they should have a following in excess of £150,000.
We are very much looking for team players with a strong client focussed approach. As well as being able to use cloud based document management and time recording systems the successful candidate will also have a good academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. The candidate will also be hands-on and interested in being involved in the management of the department.
