Audit Senior/Accountant

REED Practice are excited to be working alongside a reputable Accountancy Practice who are currently recruiting for various positions within their Audit Team. They are looking for experienced qualified ACA and ACCA to join their ever growing team. They are a friendly organisation that recognises high performance and effort.
Job responsibilities:
- Leading audits for limited companies, charities, academies and clubs.
- Supporting juniors
- Getting audit files ready for Manager review.
- Preparing complex accounts and tax returns
- Some reviewing of simple accounts and tax returns
- Supporting partners in the running of their portfolios as needed
- Supporting the development of our trainees
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' audit experience in a practice environment
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Committed to developing yourself and embracing feedback and opportunities to learn
- Trusts others to deliver work once delegated
- Supports the training and development of more junior staff to realise their potential
- Takes ownership and responsibility for making things happen on time and with a high level of attention to detail
- Finds solutions to challenges
