SALARY: £55,075 - £57,974 per annum+ Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid working - mostly remote/home working. Candidates will be required to travel to either the Ealing or Staines office 1-2 times per month.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Reward & Performance Manager with experience in designing and implementing benefit and recognition programmes and a strong understanding of HR metrics, who is creative, commercial orientated and up to date with the latest trends and reward schemes.

As the Reward & Performance Manager you will be at the forefront of implementing strategies that acknowledge and celebrate the employees' exceptional contributions, dedication, and commitment to the organisation.

Working as the Reward & Performance Manager you will also lead the evolution of the total reward strategy including the annual reward cycle, benefits offering and performance management approach, ensuring seamless alignment with the reward and recognition principles.

Working closely with senior management, department heads, and HR partners, you'll foster a positive and engaging work environment.

DUTIES

Your duties as Reward & Performance Manager will include:

  • Continuously improve an accurate, user-friendly, and compliant salary, grading, benefits, and recognition framework that engages, motivates, and retains invaluable team members
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers in accordance with agreed budgets
  • Monitor the impact of reward and recognition programmes on employee engagement and retention, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancement
  • Provide expert guidance to business leaders during annual remuneration processes, ensuring simplicity, fairness, and alignment with the reward strategy
  • Collaborate with the People Services team to oversee and effectively communicate the annual reward process to managers and staff, ensuring clarity in roles
  • Conduct regular benchmarking, job evaluation, pay assessment, and market-related research to ensure the business remains competitive, attracts, and nurtures top talent, and establishes them as an employer of choice
  • Oversee the development and evolution of their performance management approach, focusing on continuous improvement and integration of best practices
  • Ensure that the reward and benefits strategies, policies, and reporting mechanisms meet internal and external standards, facilitating easy auditability when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to degree level or possesses an equivalent qualification, such as CIPD or a similar credential
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing reward, benefit and recognition programmes in a complex environment
  • In-depth knowledge of both monetary and non-monetary reward and recognition approaches, and their impact on motivation and performance management
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, with the ability to analyse data to drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with employees at all levels
  • High levels of creativity and innovation in tailoring recognition solutions to diverse employee groups
