Job Title: Insurance Broking Branch Director
Package: Excellent salary and car allowance

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced insurance senior leader to join a reputable company as a Branch Director.
In this role you will have overall accountability for the delivery of the local P&L and be responsible for driving growth through improved retention, cross sales, and new client sales.
Requirements
- An experienced insurance broking people leader who has a strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading teams to deliver revenue targets.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry specifically placement and insurer relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth.
- Able to improve business performance, income, and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planning.
- Strong commercial leader with a commercial focus and financial awareness.
- Significant, proven experience of managing a P&L Budget.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership of driving new ideas and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels across the organisation.
