The Self-Employed Mortgage and protection advisor role
As the Self-Employed Mortgage and protection advisor for the brokerages Leicester branch, you will have an extensive knowledge of the Mortgage industry and provide whole of market mortgage and protection advice to our clients.
Alongside your advisory role, you will also build and maintain relationships with partnered Estate Agencies across Leicester, ensuring that you are the estate agents first choice when recommending a Mortgage Adviser, securing ongoing and future business.
Self-Employed Mortgage and protection advisor key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
- Available to work occasional hours at the weekend & a later finish to offer advice at peak times
- Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
- Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
- Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
- follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
- Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams
