We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistant (SEN LSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students in developing social skills and managing behavior.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of individual students.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contract Positions
