Operations Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment is currently working with a well-established manufacturing client based in South Leicestershire. We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator for a 16-month fixed-term contract, to join their dynamic and fast-paced Sales and Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute the weekly global reporting suite.
- Compile and share daily reports on sales, shipment plans, and stock performance.
- Oversee the Sales Operations inbox, responding promptly to and resolving queries from global markets. This includes order processing, shipping logistics, and reporting issues.
- Produce and circulate monthly reports on business and competitor market share based on global registration data from various external sources.
- Provide daily customer support for Certificates of Conformity, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience.
- Transition the reporting suite to the next business year with substantial support.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as supporting global meetings, handling one-off reporting requests, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers primarily via phone and email.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
