Support the Maintenance Manager and Project Engineer with on site mechanical maintenance.
Client Details
My client is a fast-paced manufacturer based in Ossett. They operate a multi-step manufacturing process and have recently taken on a large project alongside regular customer orders.
Description
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to emergencies.
- Diagnosing faults.
- Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
- Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Keeping records of faults and repairs.
Profile
- To be shift based in the maintenance team with a health and safety first and right first time mentality.
- Good all round engineering knowledge, motors/gearboxes, mechanical systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, pipework, fabrication, pumps and heating systems.
- Have knowledge of H&S regulations such as LOLER, COSHH & PUWER, CDM
Job Offer
- Negotiable hourly rate depending on experience
- Monday - Friday rotating shifts (Week 1 6am - 2pm; Week 2 2pm - 10pm; Week 3 10pm - 6am)
- High potential to be taken on permanent
