We are looking for an experienced Live in General Manager to join a fantastic business in Surrey!

This business has a strong reputation in the hospitality industry and is big on guest experience and events. This is truly an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager who is looking to join a company which has just had a full refurbishment.

They are looking for someone who is resilient, problem solver and proactive. The General Manager who will work with this business will be provided with their own 2-bedroom accommodation on site.

The pub is an all day and night experience perfect for any occasion with a brilliant food offering alongside live events and entertainment! It has just undergone a full refurbishment and they are looking for a General Manager who can help with the relaunch!

If you're a General Manager that thrives with autonomy and you have creative flair and vision then this could be the role for you! The successful candidate must have proven hospitality experience along with a positive attitude and approach.

  • Proven General Manager Experience within hospitality.
  • Proven experience of leading, motivating and developing a team
  • Financial management of the business
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Willing to think creatively in order to drive the business forward
  • All aspects of licensing, food and health and safety compliance
  • Being able to spot talent and develop individuals
  • Consistently able to lead by example
  • Excellent commerciality skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and standards
