- Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications and engagement activities.
- Keep up to date with industry trends to continually improve internal communication strategies.
- Facilitate two-way communication and feedback between employees and management.

Profile
A successful Communications Executive should have:
- A degree in communications, marketing, business or related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Understanding of the retail industry and its current challenges.
- Driving license required
