Business Performance Manager

We're seeking a Business Performance Manager to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

The role will enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of workforce solution clients by analysing performance data and implementing strategies to deliver savings whilst maintaining KPIs.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Analysis_:_ Collation of performance data and information, including validation and interpretation of internal and external data
  • Conduct Detailed Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions for business challenges
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements
  • Provide the evidence base required to assess, improve, and promote Medacs services
  • Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders daily to review 'risks' to service delivery and provide expert advice to key stakeholders
  • Ensure that all contractual MI requirements are produced and reported
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports using a range of data tools and written reports
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders
  • Be the primary contact for external stakeholders for our data capture and reporting systems

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role you will need to have considerable experience within operations and business analysis with the ability to interpret and make recommendations on complex data, develop strategic insights, support on implementations and communicate with stakeholders. You will also be technically skilled and proficient on data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

This is a hybrid role that will involve working onsite mainly in Essex and sometimes London.
