About the role:

Are you a strategic thinker with excellent collaboration and communication skills? Are you passionate about setting goals and achieving results? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Rebate Management Administrator to join our client's team in Bracknell.

As a Rebate Management Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of customer rebate agreements, as well as the payout process. You will provide support to the master data team in special cases and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer bonus agreements in SAP S/4 HANA, including setting up bonuses for European customers and reporting information to the European Manager.
  • Process bills and credit notes, ensuring accuracy, and create billing reports.
  • Support the bonus manager in Europe-wide process harmonisation and mapping in the SAP S/4 HANA system.
  • Organise, improve, and document processes for customer bonus management to create transparency.
  • Oversee contract management and collaborate with the finance department on bonus provisions.
  • Act as the main contact for internal and external audits.
  • Be the point of contact for sales and finance departments regarding customer bonuses.
  • Assist the master data team during high-volume business periods.

  • Experience with MS Office applications and SAP
  • Familiarity with financial terms
