HR Consultant (HRBP Level) – 12 Month FTC

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong track record in managing change? Have you successfully handled complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, guided managers through mergers and acquisitions, or facilitated the integration of newly acquired businesses into a larger group? If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

We are seeking a dedicated HR Consultant to join a large, multi-brand Media company on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This position is part-time, requiring 4 days of work per week, and offers a pro-rata salary of £60K (£75K FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching Managers: Provide guidance and support to managers, enhancing their leadership capabilities and ensuring effective team management.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex ER cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Change and Transformation: Support and drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational changes.
  • HR Generalist Duties: Handle a range of HR activities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a proven ability to manage change.
  • Skilled in handling complex ER cases and coaching managers.
  • Familiar with mergers and acquisitions processes, and business integrations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong generalist HR background.

Compensation:

  • 4 days per week
  • 2-3 days in office
  • £60K for 4 days (£75K FTE)
