PART TIME RENEWALS COORDINATOR (ESTATE AGENCY)
Sydenham, SE26
Salary: £22K to £25K DOE (pro rata)
3 days per week (8.30-6pm)
Urgently required - a competent, capable and experienced PART TIME RENEWALS COORDINATOR for a well respected local independent Lettings company. Ideally searching for a candidate with some experience in a similar role, however experience in a letting or estate agency setting will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the renewals process
- Maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Research the local market to provide landlords with recommendations on current rents
- Negotiate rent increases between landlords and tenants
- Ensure right to rent references are complete and up to date
- Sending and organising legal paperwork as per the renewal
- Liaising with landlords and Tenants on a daily basis
The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:
- Being a team player
- Demonstrating self-motivation
- Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- The ability to work towards deadlines
