  • Processing and reconciling supplier invoices on a regular basis
  • Ensuring all payments are made on time
  • Creating and maintaining supplier accounts
  • Resolving queries related to invoices and payments
  • Preparing monthly payment runs
  • Supporting month-end closure and reporting activities
  • Continual improvement of purchase ledger processes
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
