Estate Agents Property Sales Valuer , Nottingham Area
This is a truly exceptional role within a well known brand of estate agents, in their busy and friendly branch in the outskirts of Nottingham.
This busy residential Sales department, are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Lister.
Duties Include:
- Liaising with prospective vendors and converting valuations into listings
- Updating vendors
- Arranging valuations
- Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads
- Negotiating on offers
- General office tasks
- Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business
The valuer must:
- Have previous valuing experience as either a negotiator or existing valuer
- Understand the estate agency process
- Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner
- Have good negotiation skills
- Be well presented
- Be proactive
