Are you a mechanically bias maintenance engineer with building services experience? I am actively recruiting 3 mechanical maintenance engineers to carry out critical maintenance on one of my clients key sites in West London. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in maintaining commercial offices, hospitals, or industrial production plants.
Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on all HVAC systems
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on calorifiers, heat exchangers and hot/cool water systems
- Replacing copper and lead pipes across commercial plant rooms
- Managing leaks
- Full service on pumps
- Fault finding on boilers
- Assisting shift team with emergency breakdowns
Requirements
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in plumbing & heating/mechanical engineering
- Experience maintaining commercial boiler systems
Job Spec
- £40,000 to £42,000 per annum
- 4 on 4 off days & nights (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am)
- Static site in West London
- Working as part of a large team of 15 engineers
