As a Commercial Property Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer, you will primarily support the partners and senior associates in the team on complex, high-value, and protracted matters. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage your own caseload of mixed commercial property matters based on your experience and confidence level. This position offers excellent prospects for professional development and growth, with extensive mentoring from senior lawyers in the team to help establish your reputation as a commercial property expert.
In this role, you will also play a vital role in supporting less-experienced colleagues, including trainee and newly qualified lawyers, as appropriate.
To be considered for this position, you should be:
- a qualified solicitor or legal executive with previous experience in supporting a wide variety of commercial property matters, particularly in landlord & tenant matters.
- While we do not strictly rely on post-qualification experience (PQE) as the sole measure of experience, it is estimated that this role would suit someone with between 0-3 PQE.
