Customer Service Assistant - 6 month contract - based in Folkestone, Kent

My client a top insurance company are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a 6-month initial contract. This will be initially working in their offices based in Folkestone full time with some flexibility after training.

Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.

This requires a strong customer orientation to deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through professional inquiry handling, resolution, and management, while understanding and following processes in a dynamic and changing environment. Providing customer support, resolving issues and inquires to the companies employees and clients.

Key skills & experience required:

  • Strong customer service experience, aswell as clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT, equipment and computer hardware
  • Good interpersonal skills, can do attitude, self-directed and highly motivated.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
