With a highly successful network of branches our client supplies a range of specialist building products to the construction / builders merchants sector.
A Senior Sales Executive is required with proven sales experience in the building materials / construction supplies sector. Please note that relevant experience within the builders merchants world is expected.
This role will involve a mix of attracting new business and account management.
It's an interesting role in the sense it will be an internal / external hybrid role - some of the time in branch, some of the time on the road. Hence a car is provided with this position.
This particular patch is manageable and yet in parts it's densely populated offering huge scope for generating that new business as well.
This is a senior position within the business. Looking to expand our clients' position within the market. There is a clear need with this role for someone who is really confident talking to people, understanding their needs and acting on this to provide sterling service to the customer. Attention to detail is also key. There are clear rewards within this company though - the right people can progress easily and genuine talent will always be nurtured.
We are therefore ideally looking for a building materials / timber / sheet materials / panel products expert who can hit the ground running. Someone with relevant contacts who purchase these items would be really good!
