Your new role (Performance and Insights Analyst)

The key responsibilities of the Performance and Insight Analyst are to:

  • Analyse data, create reports and produce visualisations helping to drive change, challenge and recommendations across the business
  • Supporting the strategic direction of the sales function with projects including; customer lifecycle, portfolio profitability and analysis of gross margins
  • Identify areas of risks and calculate the financial impact.

Reporting into the FP&A Manager, the Performance and Insight Analyst will see the commercial heartbeat of the business and work in conjunction with subject matter experts across the entire organisation, in a naturally challenging but
rewarding environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary = £32k to £34k
  • WFH* ~3 days p.w. | Birmingham (Snow Hill Station) ~2 day p.w.
  • CIMA Support
  • 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year. And an additional day off for your birthday
  • 5% Bonus
  • The hiring manager want to ensure that the successful candidate receives a high quality induction which will require flexibility in the early months.

Skills and experience to be successful

  • Power BI
  • Dealing with large datasets
  • Performing analysis and making recommendations
  • Driving a problem through until completion and resolution

The Interview Process

  • 60 min TEAMS interview with the hiring manager + 1 key stakeholder.
  • 60 min face to face meeting with the hiring manager + Finance Director
