Your new role (Performance and Insights Analyst)
The key responsibilities of the Performance and Insight Analyst are to:
- Analyse data, create reports and produce visualisations helping to drive change, challenge and recommendations across the business
- Supporting the strategic direction of the sales function with projects including; customer lifecycle, portfolio profitability and analysis of gross margins
- Identify areas of risks and calculate the financial impact.

Benefits
- Base salary = £32k to £34k
- WFH* ~3 days p.w. | Birmingham (Snow Hill Station) ~2 day p.w.

- 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year. And an additional day off for your birthday

- Power BI
- Dealing with large datasets
- Performing analysis and making recommendations

The Interview Process
- 60 min TEAMS interview with the hiring manager + 1 key stakeholder.
- 60 min face to face meeting with the hiring manager + Finance Director
