An established IT consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Support Desk Engineer to join their growing team in Dundee. The company works closely with a loyal and diverse client base to align their IT infrastructure with their business goals.

In this role, you'll join a collaborative Support Team, providing excellent service and solving technical issues for clients. If you are passionate about technology and eager to progress your career, this role offers dedicated training time, including Microsoft and security training.

Key Responsibilities 2nd Line IT Support Technician

• Provide technical assistance across PCs, laptops, and server infrastructures
• Diagnose and fix problems related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Utilize security tools such as antivirus/endpoint detection, spam, and web filters to ensure system integrity
• Address fundamental networking configurations, including DHCP and DNS settings
• Ensure a customer-centric approach in managing and resolving technical issues

Background 2nd Line IT Support Technician

• Experience in a relevant IT support position up to 2nd line
• Expertise in PC & Laptop Hardware and Windows Operating Systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 use and support
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
