Natures Way Foods is a leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there's lots more to us than the products we make.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our fast-paced People team in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our People Partner, you will provide admin support to a team of fantastic colleagues that play an essential role in delivering our People agenda to the business. This is a fast-paced role, where no one day will be the same and a great opportunity to grow your career! Responsibilities
You will already have:
- Up to date employment law knowledge (Desirable)
- Experience working in a HR or People function
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to utilise these effectively across all levels of the business
- Understanding of the critical importance of confidentiality and maintaining this at all times
- A good standard of Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a busy, and at times, demanding workload
- Ability to meet all deadlines with a consistent high standard of work
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- A positive, can do attitude
- A willingness to learn & develop in all things HR
