They are a multi-branched, multi award-winning independent estate agent in the Berkshire area. They've brought an energy and different style of marketing to the industry, that's made them a fun and energetic place to work.
In this role, they are offering you a flexible set up that works for both.
The role in a nutshell
- Liasing with Landlords and Tenants
- Booking works, and managing relationships with contractors
- Carrying out property Inspections
- Renewals of compliance certificates (Gas Regs, EICR's etc)
- Deposit releases, tenancy issues
- Arranging inventories and check-ins
Package
- Circa £19,000 for part time (this works out c£28,000 as a full time role)
- Part time hours - circa 30 hours/week
- In-house training
- WFH 1 day a week if you want
- Regular company socials and awards
- Parking permit (own car is necessary)
