This opportunity is perfect for talented telesales professionals with at least 12 months of recent telesales experience (excluding retail) within the last 3 years. If you're driven by sales success, you'll thrive here and enjoy a competitive OTE of £29,200 per year.
Key Offerings:
- Base Salary: £23,000 per annum + average OTE of £6,000
- Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection!
- Shifts: 37.5 hours per week on a rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Mon 10:00-18:30, Tues-Thurs 09:30-18:30, Fri 09:30-16:00
- Week 2: Mon 10:30-19:00, Tues-Thurs 10:00-19:00, Fri 09:30-16:00

About the Role: As a Customer Sales Advisor in our dynamic Outbound team, you'll reach out to both existing and past customers to discuss appliance protection options, ensuring peace of mind for all. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to upsell insurance products
- Engaging with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Building rapport and placing customer interests at the forefront of every interaction
