We are an independent garage experiencing fast growth over the past 5 years seeking our next team member. We're looking to bring together a team of highly competent automotive technicians, with a real passion for learning and continuously developing their skills in one of the highest standards garages in the West Midlands.
As this will be our core team, there are plenty of opportunities for progression as well as having your say in shaping the culture and direction of our garage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles
- Support team members in vehicle maintenance and repair responsibilities
- Strive for quality and a first-time fix
- Complete vehicle health checks and communicate work progress
- Develop skills and knowledge through regular training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all necessary safety regulations
Person specifications:
- Experience: Min 3 years in a mechanic role (required)
- MOT Tester (desired)
- Own hand tools (required)
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday
- 9.00 am - 18.00 pm with 1h lunch break ( flexible across the day)
- Saturdays are optional
