Accounts Payable Assistant, busy head office role, Luton/Hybrid, to £30,000+ bonus
Abacus Consulting are delighted to be partnering with a leading business who have been around for over 25 years, who are now looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant. They are innovative and solutions driven. They have an international presence.
Working as part of a team in a busy finance environment, reporting into FC, your duties as the Accounts Payable Assistant will include:
- Process supplier invoices
- Carry out payment runs
- Management of import duties and VAT
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Query resolution
- Helping out with Accounts Receivable and Credit Control when needed
- Provide support to FC as needed
Must have at least 4 years international Account Payable experience. Will need to be a confident MS Excel user. Any SAP experience would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have completed AAT or be an active AAT studier.
This is an urgent role/ASAP start. 2 days a week in the office and 3 days working from home. Onsite parking. Easily accessible by road and on public transport.
