Due to rapid, ongoing growth, my client are seeking a new addition to their Key Accounts team.
The Role:
- Handle customer service inquiries and sales administration tasks.
- Meet targets and SLAs.
- Use company databases for order management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Support Key Account Managers with order processing.
- Provide feedback for customer service improvements.
The Candidate:
- Experience with Excel and CRM systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Fast learner with customer service experience.
- Comfortable with phone communication.
