Role: Load Inspector
Location: Newbridge
Salary: £12.78 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to permanent

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Load Inspector to join our client's team in the Newbridge area. If you have experience in the waste and recycling industry and are ready to take on a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you!
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assessing incoming loads to ensure they match the paperwork
- Recording and managing data for incoming and outgoing loads
- Managing site traffic in line with the traffic management plan
- Providing banksman service for reversing vehicles when needed
- Assisting with loading/unloading vehicles as required
- Performing any other ADHOC duties (with proper training)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A courteous and professional approach in a customer-facing role
- A solid understanding of waste and recycling processes
- The ability to multitask, especially during busy periods
- Competency in using tablet-based assessment and recording software
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the waste/recycling industry is essential
