Risk & Compliance Manager - Farnborough
Excellent opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join a top-ranked law firm.
Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The role will involve managing the firm's risk and compliance function. Duties will include:
- Providing a best in class internal risk and compliance function
- Risk and compliance management with knowledge of SRA and FCA compliance models
- Assisting staff with conduct questions (e.g. conflicts) and reporting
- Assisting staff with AML questions and reporting
- Complaints and claims risk management
- Practicing certificate renewals
- Review, monitoring and updating the firm's policies & procedures
- Performance of file verifications and associated follow ups
- Compliance record keeping, monitoring and reporting, etc.
To be considered, you must have at least 5 years' experience in legal or financial services risk and compliance management.
