Rewards Analyst

Role Overview

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Reward Analyst to join our Rewards team based in London. Working closely with our Rewards professionals, the successful candidate will contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of our Rewards team and providing an outstanding service to our clients.

This is a proactive, varied and busy role, providing support to our Rewards Team, as well all our divisions (close cooperation with divisional Finance Directors).

This role will be suitable for someone who has good analytical skills and previous administrative experience.

Previous analytical experience is preferable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Payscale :

  • Uploading planning files
  • Uploading bonus withheld
  • Maintaining salary & bonus budgets (SUK, PLC & Ireland – via upload)
  • Updating Payscale Static Data
  • Salary changes from the mailbox
  • Ad-hoc changes via FDs
  • Scheduled data updates (every two weeks; UK, SMR & PLC )
  • Changing bonus/salary eligibility
  • Payscale letter extraction & upload to G DrivePromo letters (SUK & SMR)
  • Main group of comp letters (SUK, SMR & PLC)
  • Pension Waiver updatesChecking for changes to waivered people (PLC, SUK & SMR)
  • -Adding new rows to waiver sheet
  • ·Executing Payscale test plans (UK, PLC, Ireland)

· PowerBI

  • Updating the PowerBI files on the server
  • Testing PowerBI (UX tests, NOT calculations)

Key Skills

  • Excellent in Excel (pivot, vlookup functions; macros are not required for the role)
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal/verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sensitivity, discretion and diplomacy.
  • Self motivated.
  • Pro-active / takes ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines
